Company Policies


The following lists our policies with respect to our customers:


Satisfaction Guaranteed

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance. Upon receipt of your computer, please take time to make sure that your computer or laptop is working as it should. We have a 30 day warranty on all workmanship – if something is not functioning as it should, please let us know within 30 days so that we can address this for you.

Any installed parts generally have a 1 year manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise noted on your invoice. If an installed part fails during this time period, please contact us for further assistance.

Up-Front Pricing

The quotes we provide include parts and labor. We do not add on hidden fees for pickup, diagnostics, or delivery. If there is a change in the original quote due to additional parts or discovery of other issues, we will contact you prior to continuing work on your computer.

Payment

Payment for services will be due upon your computer's return - no money is due upfront. We gladly accept cash, checks, or credit cards. We also can send you an invoice via PayPal.

There will be a $35 service charge applied to accounts whose checks are returned for nonsufficient funds.

Abandoned Property

Once your computer is ready to be returned to you, you will have 90 days in which to claim your computer. If no attempt is made to contact us, or if we are unable to contact you via phone or email, and your computer remains unclaimed after 90 days, your computer will be considered abandoned and becomes the property of Cabs' Technical Services.

We will do our best to see that this situation never arises. We will generally follow up with you via the method you used to contact us initially (i.e. if you sent us an email, our correspondence with you will be via email), unless you specify otherwise. However, our efforts rely on good contact information, so please be sure that when contacting us for service, we have both current and multiple ways of contacting you.

Typographical Errors

To the best of our knowledge, the information on our site is correct at the time it is posted. While we do our best to ensure this information is correct, mistakes occasionally may be made, and we therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
